Following that action, Haryo Pamungkas demanded the Public Prosecutor (Prosecutor) District Attorney Pangkalpinang 10 years in prison in a trial that was held in Pangkalpinang terutup in the District Court, Tuesday (12/13/2011).

Meanwhile attorney Bribda Haryo not comment much on the demands of the prosecutor. It will soon provide a defense against the accused. "We are not many comments yet, surely we will prepare a defense for our clients," he found after the trial.
Bribda Haryo accused of rape of a woman who was pregnant 6 months, Interest (not her real name), who Kolong Green, Village Baciang, Pangkalpinang, persecuted by police officers Pangkalpinang police station on Saturday (21/05/2011).
18-year-old victim is still in condition six months pregnant. The victim claimed beaten and raped by Bribda Haryo.
